    • Full fee must be paid on booking. All places will be first come first served.
    • 48 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MUST BE GIVEN TO AVOID ½ FEE BEING CHARGED.
    • 24 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MUST BE GIVEN TO AVOID THE FULL FEE BEING CHARGED.
    • Body Protectors and non-peaked hats have to be worn on the XC Course at all times.
